Specialized Insurance Programs through CIM

business through exceptional customer focus. CIM has the right insurance program for you
and your insured!
Eligibility
Brokers - CIM is available to any professional licensed agent in any state
except FL, HI, AK, LA, and MS. It is necessary to have E&O in force and to comply with all
underwriting criteria. A Brokerage Agreement will be sent along with the first policy
issued to be signed and returned to us.
Binding Authority
Brokers do not have binding authority for this program. CIM must be contacted to
bind coverage.
Commission
Package - 15% new and 15% renewal
Workers Compensation - 8% new and 8% renewal
Auto - 15% new and renewal
Umbrella - 15% new and renewal
Billing
All policies are direct bill. There are three billing modes available. Clients with
multiple polices are account billed. A $5.00 service fee is applicable to each account
installment. The down payment check must accompany the order to issue on new business.
EFT is available.

- 25% down and eight monthly payments
Submission Requirements
- Fully completed ACORD applications
- Fully completed CIM supplemental application (segment-specific)
- Three years of loss runs, plus current year
- Pictures if available
